TradeInForeign provides a place to discover products and services, publish listings, manage a seller shop, exchange messages and promote businesses through adverts. These terms apply when you use our website and platform services. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
Know what you are paying for. Our listing and advertising checkout pays for publication and promotion on TradeInForeign. A product purchase is a separate agreement between a buyer and a seller. We do not provide escrow, arrange delivery or guarantee the outcome of that purchase.
02Your account
You must be legally able to enter the agreements involved in using the service. If you act for a business, you must have its authority. Provide accurate details and keep your account information up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Do not let someone use your account to evade restrictions.
- You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit through your account.
- Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may take reasonable steps to protect an affected account.
03Responsible listings
Only offer goods or services you have the right and ability to supply. Describe the actual item, price, currency, condition, location and any limitations accurately. Use photographs and other material you own or have permission to publish.
Keep availability and prices current. Tell a buyer about defects, material restrictions, additional charges and delivery arrangements before they agree to buy. Sellers are responsible for applicable product, licensing, tax, import and export requirements in the countries involved.
04Community standards
Use the marketplace honestly and respectfully. Do not:
- Post fraudulent offers, stolen or counterfeit goods, unlawful goods or services, or material that violates another person's rights.
- Mislead buyers about identity, ownership, product condition, price or business credentials.
- Harass others, impersonate someone, send spam, share malicious software or publish private information without authority.
- Try to bypass publication fees, payment verification, account restrictions or other security controls.
- Access another person's account, disrupt the website or collect personal information for unauthorised use.
Contact us with a listing link and supporting details if you see content that may breach these standards.
05Free listings & fees
The administrator sets the free-listing allowance and the fee for additional listings. The allowance may be zero. The applicable allowance and charge are shown during posting or checkout.
A paid listing requires a one-time publication fee, rather than a recurring subscription. Payment does not guarantee enquiries, sales, verification of a seller or a particular position in search results. Changes to prices and allowances apply as displayed for future posting or purchases.
06Payment confirmation
Pay through the payment options offered at checkout. The base price may be shown in USD while the selected provider charges in a supported local currency. Check the converted amount and currency before confirming. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or exchange rate.
Listings and adverts that require payment remain unpublished or inactive until the payment provider confirms a matching payment. An attempted payment, a screenshot or a redirect alone is not proof of successful payment. Provider processing delays can occur.
Keep your payment reference. Enter card details, mobile money authorisations and security codes only through the payment provider's checkout.
07Advertising campaigns
Flyer and banner plans promote your business for the campaign period selected in checkout. Review the advert type, price and duration before paying. You must have the rights to use your artwork, branding and destination links, and the advert must follow our listing and community standards.
Active adverts rotate with other campaigns in available advertising spaces. A plan does not promise a fixed number of impressions, clicks, leads or sales, or exclusive placement. Website presentation and the device used can affect how artwork is displayed.
Keep advertised claims and links accurate. We may restrict misleading or unlawful artwork. For a campaign or activation problem, contact us with your advert and payment reference.
08Buying from sellers
Before buying, confirm the seller's identity and the product or service details. Agree the total price, payment method, delivery, duties, returns, warranties and any other conditions directly with the seller. Keep a written record of what you agree.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for performing their agreement and resolving product, delivery and quality issues. A listing appearing on the website is not an endorsement or guarantee by TradeInForeign. Report suspected fraud to us and, where appropriate, to your payment provider or the relevant authorities.
09Problems & refunds
If you were charged but a platform service did not activate, avoid paying again immediately. Email info@tradeinforeign.com with your account email, payment reference, provider, amount and affected listing or advert.
We will investigate duplicate charges, payment mismatches and platform services that were not delivered. Requests are considered against the payment record, service supplied, provider rules and applicable consumer rights. Contact us promptly with the details so the issue can be traced.
Product refunds and returns should first be raised with the seller under your purchase agreement. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.
10Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give TradeInForeign permission to host, display, resize and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the listing, shop or advert through the platform. You confirm that you have the permissions needed to grant this use.
Do not copy our branding, other sellers' photos or third-party material without permission. Rights holders can report suspected infringement through our contact page, identifying the material, their rights and how to reach them.
11Reviews & restrictions
We may review, refuse, remove or limit content and restrict accounts where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unlawful activity, security, rights infringement or a breach of these terms. Urgent protective action may be necessary before we can contact you.
If you think a restriction is mistaken, send us the account email, listing or advert details and an explanation through Contact Us. We can review the information you provide. Paying a fee does not exempt content from these rules.
12Service & responsibility
We aim to keep the service useful and available. Maintenance, outages, third-party services and internet connectivity may interrupt features. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, that all third-party content is accurate, or that a particular commercial result will follow from using the platform.
You are responsible for checking an offer and keeping copies of important records. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. These terms do not exclude liability, duties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13Changes & contact
We may update the service and these terms. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Changes do not remove rights already required by law. Applicable law continues to govern the service and transactions you make.
